1. Laundry and Dry Cleaning Services
1.1 We provide laundry and dry cleaning services specializing in the care of hotel linens, uniforms, and household fabrics.
1.2 While we strive to maintain the highest standards of quality, cleanliness, and care, we are not responsible for any damage or discoloration caused by pre-existing conditions in the garments or linens.
1.3 Customers are advised to inspect and separate garments according to fabric type and color before collection. We are not liable for any effects (e.g., color fading or damage) that occur due to incorrect sorting or failure to provide accurate garment information.
2. Ordering and Collection
2.1 Customers can schedule laundry services via our official website, phone, or through our customer service team. Full and accurate contact details must be provided for all service bookings.
2.2 We will arrange pick-up and delivery based on the schedule agreed upon at the time of order. If there are any changes, customers must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to notify us may result in additional fees or delays.
2.3 If no one is available at the scheduled pick-up or delivery time, a re-scheduling fee may be applied. We reserve the right to charge additional fees for re-delivery or late cancellations.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 Prices for laundry and dry cleaning services will be provided at the time of order, and they are based on the weight, fabric type, and specific garment care requirements.
3.2 All payments must be made upon completion of the service, either in cash or via the available payment methods listed on our platform.
3.3 Any additional fees (e.g., urgent orders, express service, pick-up/delivery outside the designated areas) will be communicated upfront, and customers are responsible for paying these fees.
4. Garment Responsibility
4.1 Customers are required to check all pockets and remove personal items from garments before sending them for laundering. We are not liable for any lost or damaged personal items left inside garments (e.g., jewelry, cash, keys).
4.2 We recommend using eco-friendly or reusable bags when providing garments for cleaning. This helps reduce unnecessary waste and supports our sustainability efforts.
4.3 Although we handle all garments with care, certain fabrics (e.g., delicate, high-end, or specialty garments) may require specific washing instructions. Failure to provide such instructions may result in damages for which we are not responsible.
4.4 Storage and Abandonment of Garments. We will hold cleaned garments for a maximum of 3 months from the completion date of the cleaning service. If the customer fails to collect the garments within this period, and our efforts to contact them are unsuccessful, we will consider the garments abandoned. At that point, CV Premium Laundry Co. reserves the right to retain ownership of the garments and dispose of them as deemed appropriate. No further claims can be made once the garments are considered abandoned.
5. Washing Process
5.1 We adhere to high industry standards for washing, drying, and dry cleaning to ensure the quality and safety of your clothes.
5.2 We will not be held responsible for damages caused by force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, third-party actions) or by the customer's negligence in providing garment care instructions.
5.3 Although we take all possible measures to avoid damage, minor issues such as normal wear, small tears, or slight fading may occur due to the age or condition of garments, for which we are not responsible.
6. Delivery
6.1 Upon completion of the laundering process, cleaned garments will be delivered to the customer’s address based on the agreed schedule.
6.2 If no authorized person is present at the delivery address, we are not responsible for any loss or misplacement of garments after delivery. Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the garments at the delivery time.
6.3 In cases where pick-up and delivery addresses differ, delivery charges will be adjusted and agreed upon with the customer before processing.
7. Returns, Claims, and Refunds
7.1 Upon delivery, customers are encouraged to check and count all garments immediately. Any discrepancies or claims must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. After this time, we will not be held liable for missing or damaged items.
7.2 If a garment is damaged during the washing or dry cleaning process, and it is determined to be due to our procedural error, we will offer a refund or compensation up to twice the cost of the laundry service.
7.3 Garments that are received with pre-existing damage or defects will not qualify for refund or replacement.
8. Cancellations and Delays
8.1 To cancel an order, customers must notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Cancellations after this time may result in a cancellation fee to cover any logistical costs.
8.2 If a cancellation is made after the garments have already been collected, additional fees may be incurred to cover pick-up, processing, and handling costs.
9. Payment Terms
9.1 Standard payment terms require full payment upon completion of the laundry service and prior to delivery. Customers will receive an invoice and payment receipt via email upon payment.
9.2 A 50% deposit may be required for large orders or long-term contracts (e.g., for hotels, airlines, gyms), with the remaining balance due upon order completion.
9.3 If a customer has not made full payment within 15 days after completion, we reserve the right to automatically charge the outstanding amount through the payment method provided.
10. Service Limitations
We cannot be held responsible for any problems arising from the use of third-party services or recommendations (e.g., third-party delivery, repair services). We encourage customers to carefully evaluate third-party providers they engage with.
11. Confidentiality and Data Protection
This information may contain confidential and/or privileged material and is only transmitted for the intended recipient. Any review, re-transmission, conversion to hard copy, copying, reproduction, circulation, publication, dissemination or other use of, or taking of any action, or omission to take action, in reliance upon this information by persons or entities other than the intended recipient is prohibited. If you have received this message in error, please contact the sender and delete the material from any computer, disk drive, diskette, or other storage device or media. The data in the quote or invoice or any other documents received from Kaltimber are confidential and intended only for the person to whom it was addressed. I hereby grant CV Premium Laundry Co. the absolute and irrevocable rights to use my name, company name, quotes, and/or photos and images on the Internet (World Wide Web), in print publications, video, and multimedia presentations, and/or for any purpose, which may include, but is not limited to, display, public relations, marketing, or designs.
I understand that my name and/or the images may be used for display or advertisement for the website and/or other published materials. I waive the right to inspect or approve the images prior to their usage and understand that they may be modified for use as design elements. By agreeing to these terms, I give CV Premium Laundry Co. the right to use my name and images for promotional purposes without further approval.
This agreement applies to all orders, including those paid in cash or without prior invoice, as every customer is expected to have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions before availing of any service.
This is a permanent licensing agreement that grants CV Premium Laundry Co. the right to use any images, quotes, and/or my name or company name for marketing and promotion. I agree not to hold CV Premium Laundry Co. responsible for the use or misuse of my name, quotes, or images.
I agree to hold harmless CV Premium Laundry Co. from any claims arising out of or in connection with the use of these photographs, images, quotes, or reproductions, including any editorial or commentary that may accompany them. I will not hold CV Premium Laundry Co. liable for any errors, negligence, or misuse in the editing or displaying of such images or quotes.
